WCR – 2 FUME HOODS

Radiochemistry fume hoods provide protection against the α and β ionising radiation. They are indispensible in work on radioactive substances in the isotopic laboratories of class II and III.

TECHNICAL DATA:

- the structure of the fume hood is made out of metal sheets and steel sections coated with epoxide powder paint,

  • access to the working space through openings with gloves;
  • working plate made of stainless steel;
  • the sidewalls of the working chamber are made of hardened glass;
  • the wiring system and the water and gas valves are under the working chamber;
  • additional elements: FPR-800 radioactive dust filter
WCR-2 parameters:
  • width - 1200 mm
  • depth - 750 mm
  • height - 2300 mm (including ventilation stub pipe)
